Four kinds of message reach us: corrections, disputes from operators, commercial enquiries, and legal or takedown requests. Name which one in your first line. We are a guide, not an operator, so nothing sent here can touch a casino account.

Until those are published, read this page as a statement of policy rather than a working inbox.
Before you send anything
English or Bahasa Malaysia, plain text, is fine. Do not send bank details, identity documents or casino logins — we do not need them and will not hold them.

What to include, by reason

| Factual correction | Page address, the sentence you dispute, the correct version, and where it can be checked | Handled ahead of other mail. Fixed with a dated note, or a reply saying why we disagree. |
| Operator disputing a claim | Page address, the line at issue, and a link to your own terms or lobby showing the current position | Rechecked against your primary source. Marketing copy alone does not move a page. |
| Commercial enquiry | Company name, the licence you hold, the markets you accept, and what you propose | Passed to commercial staff. A listing never buys wording, a rating, or a warning removed. |
| Trademark or takedown | The right you hold, proof you hold or represent it, the exact page and element, the outcome you want | The element comes down or is amended while we assess it, then a written reply. |
| Privacy request | Which request — access, correction, deletion — and enough detail to find the record | Answered under the privacy notice. We may ask one question back to confirm it is yours. |
| Broken page | Page address, your device and browser, and what you saw instead | Queued as a fault. No reply unless we need more to reproduce it. |
What we cannot do
- See, credit, verify or close any operator account of yours.
- Step into a dispute between you and an operator. We are not a party to it.
- Give legal advice on online play in Malaysia.
